mall people

In this ink drawing I've tried to capture what I saw in the 80s as a plastification of personality. At least in California. Being unique became less important than wearing what everyone else was wearing. And most of the popular music sounded like what everyone else was wearing. In my hippie soul I saw it as the beginning of a decline in humanness in our culture. I hope I was wrong.
