Sometimes called sponge cake. The brain is sometimes referred to as a sponge. I always thought this dessert to be a bit dull without some sort of topping---strawberries, pineapple, something. And maybe the human brain requires a topping as well---hair, a cap or hat. In certain cases a halo or horns. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art does what he does in northwest Austin, Texas---as if you didn't know.
