Titled: CERNUNNOS IN WINTER--Cernunos or Cerrunos or Cernunnos--no matter the spelling or term used for this woodland deity--is known as the harbinger of the seasons. Here, he is seen wrapped in fur and holding the symbols of winter--the holly and mistletoe--both important plants to ancient druids. The original was a quick sketch in ink and colored in pencils on acid-free Strathmore drawing paper.
