The ibis bird with its very long narrow beak is so striking. What plant resembles an ibis bird? It's the wild garlic plant that has the bird like garlic bulb on a narrow stem with a long beak. When the bulb break open, it has ruby red bulbettes and each one can grow into a plant. We pick and store them and snack on them or add them to salads and soups, etc.
