Another sketch-based piece though I altered it as I sometimes do. There's an old song called, "Me and My Shadow." I've always thought shadows interesting almost our antithesis and so they play their integral part in many of my pieces. This is a 16 by 12 inch acrylic painting on two inch deep canvas, gallery-wrapped. If this isn't Original Jones Art, I don't know what is.

Artist Reply: Most of my paintings are still here about the house. This one is on the wall in my computer room where I am sitting currently. Since I assembled the new easel, I've discovered one discouraging fact. My wrist does not bend back or pivot as well as it used to. When I'm drawing from a clipboard in my lap, I do not notice this unfortunate fact. I think I can find a work around. Oh well. :)
