THIS IS MY 64th PANORAMA PHOTO PUBLISHED IN THE WILMINGTON NEWS JOURNAL IN THE "DELAWARE AND THE REGION" SECTION SINCE APRIL, 2011.
This is a view of the Dover (DE) Post Office taken while lying on my back on the ground. It was the only way I could get the orange barrels and other construction paraphenalia around the building out of the picture!!!!
