wow thats stunning. I don't know how you got the moth to look like it's been lit within. And the scratches and dents on the metal are just amazing.

Artist Reply: Thank you! Neon colors against a darker background is a good way to make things seem backlit. The yellow-green on the luna moth was so fun to paint!

wow, Cara, fantastic work. i love the texture of the glass. what is ampersand?

Artist Reply: Thank you! Ampersand is similar to masonite. A hard board with little to no texture. It won't crack like wood can do and it won't wrinkle like canvas (but sometimes the thin ampersand boards warp). Very good medium to paint on. :)
