you got the anatomy down ok, though it would be nice if you added a bit of muscle definition. It would make all the difference. For the wings, they just look decorative to me. Not actual wings he could use to fly. I think it would have been awesome if the wings would have been large and given more of a practical side rather than just looking pretty :). Looking at bird wings in books can help for this sort of thing.
