This is the work of ALEX CASTRO

This is the ' infamous ' pastel drafting of KIDDOLUCAS ( done in late 80s )

I kept it simple and softlook ..as this was my earlier practise using chalk pastel

Pastel is fun but a bit 'powdery'

Simplely I named it " CHAINED ARMS "

Weird fruits... but can be fun creating them !!!

Why not create a Kiwimon ( Kiwi + Lemon)?

I got into experimenting the 'Kiwimon ' idea

Alex Castro copied Boris Vallejo s work...and I drafted their works in pastelised form

Now Alex s kiwi will merge with my lemondraft

I called this 'Kiwimon ' photomontage

Certain measure of percentage of transparency needs to be check at this stage

A few tuning and adjustment brought out this result!

It was an experiment Some will think its an EXPLOITATION If it is an exploitation...there wont be a subject called PHOTOMONTAGING in Design and Art colleges

The Exploration & Experimentation needed to deliver another form of art

I don't want that Dragon Tattoo..and have it removed

The stiff and rigid technique of ALEX CASTRO had merged with my softer blend of pastel touch

"PAPILLON" was made in 1973

A man befriends a fellow criminal as the two of them begin serving their sentence on a dreadful prison island, which inspires the man to plot his escape.

I like that word PAPILLON remembering the tattoo 'butterfly' on that actor So...I tattooed a blue butterfly for that Chained arm man

I watched this movie at the age of 10
