The day after the storm

I was frustrated after killing three canvas and wasting paint. My heart could not find vision. Luckily a friend sent me a photo of a recent vacation at the beach. Yay!

I know that feeling. And I can see why you liked the vacation shot. I often miss the ocean. I like the abstracted beach - allows for many ways of looking at it. Good reflections in the water.

...and that is exactly what it looks like Melssa! very effeftive with the hint of vertically hidden strokes. great communication...jim
