Original Post: New Type of Contests

I am sure you never run out of ideas on this but I thought it would be interesting having a contest where Artwanted staff picks a landscape for example, a photograph, the staff states one media (like Acrylic) or 3 different multiple medias (0il, acrylic, water color). Then everyone has to come up with their own painting in that media using that original given by Artwanted. A rule would have to be the landscape has to be recognizable but not have to be truely realistic, any style, is desired. It's amazing how so many different paintings come out of a contest like that.Then we vote on the best! Might be fun!
