Artist Reply: thank you kindly, these are native indian girls from the indeginious purepeche indians of Michoican Mexico. The town I was visiting is called Tinguindin (my parents home town) many indians come to sell their hand made beautiful pots during the celebration that takes place on August th e15th. in honor of the Church'es Virgen de Asuncion that is inthe church pictures I also placed on this site,,,again thaks for comment,,lilia in Dallas,Texas
