IT SEEMS THAT YOU DID TRY TO BRIGHTEN THE DRESS AND THE HAT WITH CONTRAST MANIPULATION. BUT FOR THIS IMAGE, THE DODGE TOOL SET TO BRIGHTEN HIGHLIGHTS ON A LOW SETTTING, WOULD BRIGHTEN HER FACE GENTLY.
