American Soldier

So I talked to a soldier the other day one who fights for our freedom one who sometimes people take for granted. I spoke 10 words one of which he understood. So I asked him, "Are you happy to be alive?" He responded, "My wife asked the same when I got back.." This is what he said, "No because I am just as dead as my fellow war hero who is coming back to bring moarning back to his friends and family..." So I have decided to put this into art. Basically I will take a photo and then draw me along with a soldiers family walking down a road. We will be in vibrant colors because we have helped this soldier realize that life is going to be ok and let us help you walk down the right path with the ones you love. I will have other photos of soldiers walking outside a closed brick building. This soldiers outside will be half vibrant and half black and white trying to decide if he should go back inside and close himself off to society or walk with us done this road in pursuit of happiness. At the end of the road is a sunset along with an American flag. The lines of the bricks all point towards the American Flag. I also plan on making another image where we are walking away from the sunset and the flag. Our bodies will be in black and white along with everything else in this image because the people we love are willing to walk with us.
