One of my son's favorite angel's. I had the concept in my head for some time, and it started out so easy, but it seems i fought the painting the whole way. I would work on it, set it aside, work it again, set it aside, and so on. The background has changed at least 6 times. It just never had the depth I wanted it to show, finally I like it. This one seems to wake with the sun gathering energy for the day and tasks ahead. Green in color denoting a healing angel, the golds denoting God's pure light. Finally he can take flight!
