The Spanish Peaks from Lathrop

May in the south of Huerfano County, Colorado.

This fusion image is the sum of 13 separate exposures, taken near sunset on a gentle spring day. It was taken from one of the many igneous dikes that criss-cross Huerfano County. The two lakes of Lathrop State Park lie below; beyond them are the mountaintops of the Spanish Peaks. To their right is Cuchara Valley and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

Totally seamless. A beautiful panorama. Your patience in stitching everything together has really paid off. Very well done.
