this 14"x17" is a drawing is of Robert E Lee, days after his surrender to Grant. he sits poised and gentelman like, the true southerner he was. The original photo I used for referance is from famed Civil War photographer Mathew Bradey. His original photo had Lee looking off to his right. I took the liberty to bring Lee,s gaze more forward.
