FIRST AUTUMN FROST

FIRST AUTUMN FROST

The summer crop had been harvested from the field across the road and winter wheat had been planted which turned the field a beautiful shade of green. When I looked out my window a few mornings ago I found that the field had become white over night. I found it interesting that the frost was so heavy on the field but didn't effect the trees and grass in my yard.

John, This is so very beautiful. It is also interesting to read about the frost not have effects in the trees and grass in your yard. Good wishes to you always.
