Good work. Thompson is a true American, a radical, an independent who got away with a lot. But it was his last days that disturbs me the most. Hemingway, Thompson and now Wallace. 3 great writers who take their lives and for what? Begin endbegin is what I imagine of what these desparate souls have to go through, and it's such a shame. Their last chapter seems to end the same. Thanks for the input. rh
