ARTERNATIVES - 2008 / This mural portion took three days to paint. Coach Chris & Kristen Dollard directed the progress. Janos assisted me on all the lettering, graphs and details. The original sketch collage was first worked out digitally before I transferred it to the brick by eye, freehanding it directly on the wall in paintbrush strokes. We then began to fill all areas systematically in acylic paint washes and I worked the airbrush effects as a next phase. The sepia and blue tones were finally added last, as well as the lettering, name and indicators. The entire Sherman Oaks Little League council members, children and bystanders were positively affected and seemed most appreciative of the progress. [Mr. Varady, Bro.
