The Crusifix Tree.

i am not a religious person. I dont care if god exists or not because it is not something I can know, nor can anyone else. Most religion is about want and feelings. There should be more. I have become content with what there is and I enjoyed the juxtaposition of the crucifix and tree as I hope others will too.

yes Religion is a tricky area,beauty ,as in this photo, is very straightforward,either it is beautiful to the beholder or not,I love this.

I my self am not sure what to think, but when you look at a picture such as this I am sure that my creator has an eye for beauty just like you. So reather there is a god or no I must say with beauty like this I thank maybe so!!!! We do not judge god by the people but rather the beauty around us.

love the tree decoration for the crusifix! and the wood of the tree and the wood of the crusifix makes my thoughts running...

Artist Reply: Too many churches on this road for my liking. In my innocence, coming from Ireland in 2000, I thought I was getting away from a land of all pervading religion. I soon learnt my mistake, they have more Micky Mouse religions in America than we ever had in Ireland and Americans are the most sanctimonious people you could ever meet. But the worst thing is PC, when you cant call a spade a spade but it must be a long handled hand excavating device. Thanks for looking Nelly.
