Mixing bowls

A pastel I did of my grandmother's kitchen for my cousin's 50th birthday. Took the photo after framing it so not the best picture quality.

don't know what the original looks like but from MY computer screen it looks beautiful. love the reflections in the ceramic bowls. the colours are so muted and soft, like a well worn and loved kitchen.

Certainly was a well worn and loved kitchen and unfortunately my Nana is no longer cooking up a storm in there but still watching over us. She would be amazed to see this picture out for all the world to see of her little old mixing bowls on her shiney kitchen sink!! She was 93.
