The Ancient celtic Festival of Sahmain....when the Goddess (Mother nature) is in her Crone aspect. Tonight the veils between the world of the living and the dead are thinnest and communication and fortune telling can take place. The Goddess will rest in the womb (or underworld) where she will digest the year's lessons and experience before being reborn with the Spring on February 2nd (Imbolc)
