ROAD ART - 15 year's later*

15 years ago, this portion of mural was painted. I mainly worked at night after my due responsibilities then. Without the luxury of airbrushes, I used solely Krylon spraycans (as you can tell). It has held up well though, and has retained the majority of it's vibrancy underneath a police parking structure, away from direct sunlight and rain. I stood in front of it yesterday and took photos of the tip cut spray lines right behind thee Japanese bike, not thinking about how much better I would paint it today... but rather, just appreciating it's current longevity, not the accuracy or fine aesthetics missing, but the time it once represented. This is just a fifth portion of the entire wall. As a more experienced artist, it was a pleasant memory and surprise*
