Molly received many toys on her birthday ranging from the OM toys from Bodhi dog toys for the enlightened hound to more sophisticated presents like this unusual glowing cactus from our gypsy house guest, La Senora Belladona. She told me she will teach Molly a Gypsy Spell. It sounds intriguing! Although this beautiful plant had a tag that read, "this cactus is resistant to dog pee," Molly was smart not to take chances and put it high on a shelf in her room. She did receive some unusual gifts for a dog including some designer Barbies, two beanie babies and as a novelty gift a weenie baby. Molly thinks it is a doxie beanie baby and Weenie would be an appropriate name for a long dachshund. We still have not opened all her gifts. I will keep you posted about this mysterious toy. On the box it says that the owner must be a democrat!! What could that mean? :))
