Beautiful work. Very flat image. Except in one spot; the shadow on the girl's back. My eye is drawn there. Maybe that was your intention. But, I think my eye should most likely go to Jesus on the donkey. I would remove the shadow, so as to remain in keeping with the rest of the painting.
