This is a fantasy mermaid ACEO ATC painting titled "Tranquilus". The painting features a brightliy colored mermaid with a multicolor pearl necklace. This piece was made with the use of acrylic paints on a 2.5" x 3.5" sheet of canvas and is currently at auction on eBay.
