Oil and gesso on sandstone about 3 feet by 3 feet and 6" thick.I painted this perched on a cliff-face in PEI (which is all sandstone)and after it was done hauled it up to the top where it eventually disintegrated with the next rainfall. It weighed about 200 pounds! Oh well, it was too big to frame anyway.
