This is the base of General Sherman Tree, and below is a replica of the foot print. Other trees might have a thicker base, or be taller but none have the same volume as the General Sherman Tree. The National Park Service reports that it is the known largest living organism on earth. The General Sherman Tree is located in Sequoia National Park.
