This is a pretty manipulated image of my painting of sunflowers. I wanted to work out a design with it and added some pale blossoms in the center of the design and around to balance out the vivid colors to make it soften the overall look of the image. I used several programs and effects, filters, and tools to create this design.

Wonderfully cheerful and full of intricate design...Awesome work, Terry! this brings the sunshine into a dismal day for me here...it has been raining for three days now...I don't mind the rain but I love this light to brighten up the hours!

Artist Reply: Thank you Christine! Some days, everyone needs some sunshine and flowers to brighten up the day. Glad I could send some your qay! Now, if you could send some rain to my desert, I would love a couple of raininy days. We don't get many of those. Most rain is over fast, hit or missing areas in the Phoenix Valley. Truely lives up to the name, "Valley of the Sun."
