claire forlani

media: soft pastel, pencil and brush; canson paper duration: total of 12.5 hours dimension: 25x30cm this is the finished version of this deviation... you know, often, when you're making a portrait for 10hrs straight i seem to distort some proportions and miss the details... i forgot about the light, but its okay... i appreciate all your comments... and i have considered them so here it is... all of you seem to like the lighter version so i used cotton to lessen the soft pastel on the face... and darken the areas that needs more depth... i forgot about her cheekbones but because of your suggestions i was able to see it... thanks... and one more thing before i conclude... just want to remind everyone, this is the best it can get... i won't make any additions to this... BUT ill use all your comments suggestions on my next deviations

Excellent work. I especially like the shadowing around the eyes. The work you did on the cheekbone area turned out very well.
