YANG MANDALA

YANG MANDALA
©2005 C.V.Ballard

Mandala
In Sanskrit Mandala means
circle/wholeness and is often
taken to mean the wholeness of man.
It is a symbol on which one can
meditate and contemplate ones self,
ones life, etc.

See http://www.mandalaproject.org
(Very interesting even from an
artistic point of view.)

Yin Yang
In Traditional Chinese
Yin and Yang are opposites.

    I.E.
    Night Day
    Feminine Masculine
    Introvert Extrovert
    Etc, etc.
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yin_Yang

My Yin Mandala and Yang Mandala
are a pair, both of which are unbalanced.
I.E.The circle is not balanced in either.
To meditate on these Mandala's,
seek out the little boxes within them.
These are places to store and
meditate on (think about) pieces
of your life.
The yins and yangs,
The positives and the negatives etc.
Once these are sorted, and the yins
equal the yangs, the two Mandalas
become one and are balanced.
