I'm a bit of a railroad buff, particularly pre 1970's and especially late 1800's and early 1900's. The history of some of railroads early years really fascinates me. So hope you enjoy this "cute" piece of history. Denver & Rio Grande Western narrow gauge caboose 0578, was built in the 1880's and was of wood construction. It was the smallest of the D&RGW narrow gauge cabooses, and wasn't a crew favorite in later years. Prints do not contain copyright info.
