Friends 'til the End

Quiana Parler is one of two singers, who sing backup, and solo, for His concerts, these past two years. She is a most prestigious talent. She and He were friends long before the big shake-up between He and Ruben in 2003. They'd met during the time Quiana had won over Him in Charlotte, NC when He tried out the first time for the AI2 show. He did, however, make it to Hollywood, after auditioning in Atlanta, GA. Quiana did not fare well enough, in Hollywood. Afterwards, when Clay didn't win, he still became famous for his phenomenal singing ability. A voice that belied the expectation from his former appearance. When that was supposedly remedied, and the contest over, he went on tour with Kelly Clarkson, after the AI2 tour. Clay asked Quiana to come along to sing with the concert as backup. The rest is, of course, music industry history for his fans. Carliss Mora Images Copyright © CarlissArt

I can't believe I have never commented on this one! Somehow you have captured Quiana's enjoyment of the moment. I just don't understand how you do it?! It's just pencil on paper, yet for me, it almost talks. And Clay's Mr. Innocent look? Priceless!

Artist Reply: Karen, thank you! If there were anyone who needed to have their work, of any kind, described or evaluated, I would suggest they hire you to do the job. If the work is something you admire, you give it your best report. Thank you soooo much!
