Rock Secrets

The secrets of the earth's past are kept hidden in the rocks. For someone to uncover those secrets, it takes a lot of careful research, study and speculation. Some secrets only the rocks will ever know. Here at the rocks of Hopewell Cape in New Brunswick, two rock formations are sharing a secret. It's no secret that I love rock formations and had to put up with a few hours of cloudy weather and blah lighting in hopes of capturing some kind of special moment. This was my best photograph for that day. The lab that did the scanning left a bit of the slide mount in at the bottom. Oops, eh guys at the lab?

another beautiful abstract by you! really...a good eye

Artist Reply: It was my best shot of that particular visit. But I had to wait a long time for people to stop appearing between the rocks.

Simply stunning photograph - certainly worth your wait!

Artist Reply: Yes, it is actually the only really good photograph I was able to make in such a stunning landscape. Mostly the light was poor.
