Sukkot, in the Torah called "Feast of Booths" is one week Holiday where we build temporary structures and read and study Torah in them and eat and have family times together. This is a community Sukkot which many Synagogues do because many people do not own their own property and can not fullfill their obligation to build and spend time dwelling in a Sukkot. 2005-5765
