That's not fire... It's melted leather in psychoparamic texture shading, flame showy looking.. She's always had that body, but her colors are constant. Ink and Markers, and yes those are belts.

i love the colors very much! shes pretty too! however may i suggest that you study a bit in anatomy, her legs look a bit to thick for her upper torso. but other than that, its great! well done!

Artist Reply: In case you didn't notice.. her right leg is turned out, and there is drapery clinging to her legs, as well.
