This is kinda old... His name is Belmont Monterra from my very dead story, Star-Gazer. I never could quite figure out what he should look like, but after visiting the Star Trek Experience in Las Vegas, I thought I'd put him in a kinda silimar uniform (before he was dressed like a futuristic samurai).
