Throwback: a person, thing, or style that reminds you of an earlier time. It can also mean a return to an older way of doing things, or a biological trait from an old ancestor. I've been preoccupied with my 3D piece and though I'd done a drawing or two this evening, I knew they'd be too late finishing tonight. This piece, and several others, have been sitting near my scanner for some weeks. I picked this one up but noticed that, even though it dates from just a couple of weeks back, it seems a throwback when compared to my last few drawings.
