Most days there are several clouds hanging overhead. Some days there are only a few. But occasionally, there comes a day where there isn't one in sight. It happens. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art, still putting in the effort here in northwest Austin, Texas.

We had a few thunderstorms in the area this week. Keeping this in mind, it looks like the guy has a trendy lightning protector, no matter how blue and clear the sky is. Wishing you a nicest weekend, Charles!

Artist Reply: Yes, having a built-in lightning rod in a thunderstorm isn't a bad idea---unless you're the ground, Nikolay. Thanks for your positive wishes too. These days, I'll take what I can get. :)

Cloudless effect enough to raise an eyebrow, Charles : ) Living in LA for 34 years , I really missed the clouds here in Chicago . Hope you have a good weekend

Artist Reply: There are days in Texas when there's nary a cloud between you and the relentless sun, Dave. Those are the times you'd like to crawl up under your own shadow. Yes, to a good weekend for both of us. :)
