Here is an adult Tyrannosaurus rex hunting a juvenile Alamosaurus sanjuanensis while an adult male and female Alamosaurus sanjuanensis provide protection in a Late Cretaceous dried up riverbed. This artwork was completed in October & November of 2025 on a 16"x20" cold press illustration board using a combination of charcoal and graphite pencils. The dinosaurs were done in charcoal pencils ranging from HB to 6B while the dust was created with charcoal powder and a brush. The background was a combination of charcoal & graphite pencils.
