Wish you were here. This is a 9.75 by 8 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Now what would that other Charles do on a moonlit tropical isle with a ripe coconut and Polynesian gal? Well, that's a scenario he never wrote and Original Jones Art has never found himself in or out of northwest Austin, Texas.

The Dickens you say ? Hmmm just don't go Wilde ... nice color and good hair day for the artful Charles character : )

Artist Reply: I looked up that expression and it was used hundreds of years before Mr. Dickens was born. Dickens was sort of a polite way of saying devil. Maybe they were superstitious and thought saying 'devil' might conjure him or something, Dave. Actually, I did do a Wilde one some time back---Oscar Is Wild. Hope all is good up there to the north. :)
