I did this one with an airbrush on a piece of black vinyl. Then I used the vinyl to make a spare tire cover on my jeep. The skull I used as reference was a Texas longhorn that died of natural causes and had much longer horns that went straight out in what is called a 'Texas Twist' But the three foot span from tip to tip was too wide for the cover so I shortened them and turned the tips downward.
