That is one long-legged bird, Tom. The secretary bird---sometimes they actually make a compound word of it---can reach a height of over four feet and hunts its prey on the ground, usually stomping it into submission. A unique bird of prey on the decline, unfortunately. Nice specimen. You found some real treasures on your photographic hunt. :)
