There's the old expression, "Curiosity killed the cat." Well, in my opinion, curiosity has probably saved more cats than it's killed. Curiosity is the first step in the pursuit of knowledge. I would imagine ignorance to be the biggest killer of all. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium weight acid-free paper. Original Jones Art, still a curious cat in northwest Austin, Texas.

Things are going alright for,now as far being in Seattle is taking a little,my new girlfriends went to Baltimore MD because her had A cancer removed from her colon, and now just turning to Seattle,I'm going up to Seattle tomorrow ,I totally cold hearted agree with you about cliches.

Artist Reply: I gotcha, Ray. Be careful out there and I hope everything turns out great for Aunt and all concerned. :)

Very bright and optimistic feel ,,, Nice work, Charles : )

Artist Reply: Sorry to be so late with my reply, Dave. This is just before my auto accident and I was definitely 'out of the loop' for some time afterward. My work changed after the event, it seems.

You know curiosity isn't the best of nine lives of a cat because curiosity kills a cat lol love the depiction tho Charles ,have a wonderful day

Artist Reply: Just because you've had a clich'e drummed into your head doesn't mean there's an ounce of truth to it, Ray. That's the trouble with expressions that have been embedded in a language. We use them without thinking. Anything done without thinking is risky. Hope you are doing great. It took me awhile to answer your comment but I usually get around to my obligations. Hope you are doing great in Seattle---or where ever you are. :)
