Midwinter Morning

A memory from my years in Central Illinois, where winters were sometimes brutally cold, and the snowy fields seemed to stretch on forever. The farm buildings provide a welcome spot of warmth in the deserted landscape. Watercolor on Millford, 28x38 cm Burnt umber, burnt sienna, cobalt blue, ultramarine blue 031221 Location: Illinois
