Imploring eyes, you could even say begging eyes. I've not had the opportunity to look into a mirror at such times but I wager I've had similar looking eyes a few times in my life. And they were only asking for compassion, understanding, maybe a little of that wholesome milk of human kindness that seems just a bit more plentiful than your average unicorn. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen drawing with color pencil on medium bond acid-free paper. Can it be labelled 'Original Jones Art?' Well, there's a rumor going round in northwest Austin, Texas that there's no such thing. Just saying.

Ditto Rick's comment and ditto your response, Charles, that few people look into another person's eyes. Sad. Excellent work, as always.

Artist Reply: Thank you, Ginger! If we can't connect on such a basic level, how can we hope to put out the wildfires of hate that have been burning somewhere in the world since before recorded history? Hope you are doing great. :)
