Accomodating the Inner Facade

Using anatomical elements as the foundation i created a face from a couch made from the lips, a lamp made from the nose, the contour of the lower part of the chin and face from a rug, and the eyes that form a bird. This creates an elaborate room setting using all these elemnts. I also show the brain area as a stem like tree that also becomes the shape of a piano with a leg and the extension of the birds head which is part of the left eye. Also the jaw like bone actually becomes a piano with a person from the right formed from the right upper jaw bone area playing it. I even tried this at an exhibit and set it up so you could actually enter this room structure and sit on the couch and turn on this nose lamp! Copyright 2004 by Imaginative Pencil and myself. Wow. You're drawings are great. I love when you can look at a piece and keep finding new images within it. Just when you think you've found everything you find something else!
