THE MERMAID......(C) 2006, 2020....is presented as a flash from the past--from ELTON'S ART TIME VAULT...it was completed in 2006 on 22" X 28" Bristol with spray enamel, marker and animal spirit. It is of course a mystical sea creature of folk lore, a fantasy...or is it?
