Ah, the allure of cross-hatching. I grew up seeing great lithographs, woodblocks and hand-drawn illustrations in books. I was most probably influenced by them as much as any 'great' artist past or present. And most of them seem to be past, IMHO. This is a 9 by 5.75 inches gel pen drawing on medium bond acid free paper. It is Original Jones Art slowly, methodically emptying himself in northwest Austin, Texas.
